I was impressed with the hotel's nice location near the bus stand in Katra, providing a great view of the Trikoota mountain ranges. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. However, the hot water pressure in the room was not ideal, and the signals were poor. Despite that, I would still love to visit this hotel again.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, offering a beautiful view of the mountainside, and the hospitality of the hotel staff was top-notch. However, there were some small insects I noticed around. Overall, a great experience with 2 Queen beds, a large bathroom, a cozy sitting area, and ample cupboards.
I found the hotel to be very beautiful with well-equipped rooms, perfect for a couple with 2 teenagers. The service was excellent, especially Mr Surinder Sharma who organized my sightseeing. The location was great, very close to the bus stand in Katra. The dining experience at Madhuban was tasty. Overall, a welcoming and cooperative stay.

The staff is also very friendly, making the stay very pleasant. However, the room service could be a little more cordial, and the prices could be more aligned with the overall experience.
